3. - What were your professional highlights and challenges of 2020?

Over 2020 there have been a lot of challenges, but certainly managing and motivating the team under stressful circumstances and from home has been one of the greatest. This has been of paramount importance to guarantee that the market system has remained functioning in an efficient and orderly manner as has been proved over the worst times of the pandemic.

4. - What and who inspires/has inspired you to achieve your professional success:

I have certainly been inspired by many people, but they all share their commitment and motivation on what they do. I am inspired by those who are willing to never stop learning and growing, and that are always ready to step out of their comfort zone. These persons and their attitude help others grow and convey passion for what they do.

5. - What advice do you have for other women who aspire to be in leadership positions:

I would encourage them to build teams based on trust and commitment and never be afraid of doing the new, the different, and following their instinct. Sharing your knowledge with others is fundamental, but learning to listen what others have to say can make a great difference. Helping others grow is a fundamental quality for a good leader, as well as respecting the past, always being grateful with your mentors and colleagues, but keeping an eye into the future and never stop moving forwards. In the end, the most valuable skill is your thinking, so I would strongly advice for doing what you feel is right.
