Welcome to the WFE Women Leaders 2025 edition of Focus. This year marks the fifth anniversary of this important initiative, and we are proud to celebrate the talented women who are shaping the future of our industry.
This year, we received many nominations from inspirational women who are redefining leadership across emerging and developed markets. All the nominees are exceptional and talented leaders — motivational, insightful, diligent, adaptable, compassionate and driven by determination, resilience and grit.

The Selection Committee faced a tough decision, and to those who were not selected this time, we encourage you to put yourselves forward again next year.
